How to Cook Gammon

Ingredients for the Gammon

Seville Orange Marmalade
Pineapple rings
Red cherries
1 carrot
10 cloves
1 gammon
750ml boiling water

The Pressure Cooker

Place the gammon, carrot & cloves in the pressure cooker. Pour 750ml of boiling water over the gammon.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and turn the stove on high. Once the pressure cooker lid starts to sizzle, start timing the gammon.

Cook the gammon for 30 min per kg.

Glazing the Gammon

Once your gammon has finished cooking in the pressure cooker, remove the gammon from the pot after the pot has cooled down.

Generously glaze the top of the gammon with seville orange marmalade. You can also decorate the top of the gammon with cherries and pineapple. Add some more marmalade over the cherries and pineapple and place in the over for 10-15 min on 180 degrees.
